Internationally, HKA has provided design services and team leadership to special-purpose commercial and industrial projects from office buildings to factories. From our offices in New York and Abu Dhabi we can react quickly and provide close supervision in most parts of the world.

Our team-building approach, experience and technical expertise can also benefit a client in the rôle of Owner's Representative. In such cases where the Owner lacks the resources or time a project requires HKA will represent the Owner by providing oversight and coordination of the project, appointing a suitable design team, identifying general and specialist contractors and maintaining financial control and reporting.
